If your order was sent via DHL or Singapore post, there will be a tracking number in your shipping confirmation. To track, simply click on the link in your email and it'll connect you to DHL for tracking. If DHL doesn't have any information under your tracking number, it's likely because your order just shipped. DHL takes about 12-24 hours to update tracking information. Check back later today or tomorrow and the tracking details should be updated.
If there isn't an update after 72 hours, email our Customer Support and we'll work with DHL to update your tracking.
