The RS232 to UART adapter can be used for connection between PC and Matrix/ MOI+/MOI Pro IPTV Streaming Server, the RS232 port should be connected with PC, and the UART port should be connected with and Matrix/ MOI+/MOI Pro IPTV Streaming Server.
