The most important feature in Windows Media Center is the ability to watch live TV. Not all Windows Vista PCs can do this though – your computer must have a TV tuner card, access to a television signal. Install the TBS6981 DVB-S2 PC card and install the driver:
Power off your computer, remove computer cover and take out cover panel of PCIe slot in which you want to put the card. Insert the TV tuner card in PCIe slot and fix the card bracket with screw. TBS6981 will still run as a PCIe x1 when installed into the longerx4/ x8 or x16 connector. Put back computer cover. Set your satellite dish aimed at the right satellite. Turn on your computer, Insert the Installation CD into your CD-ROM. Click “Install Driver” while auto-run appears, choose “Install Driver for XP /Vista” to install, and then just click “next” to finish installation.
