About TBS6991SE DVB-S2 Dual Tuner Dual CI PCIe Card
TBS6991SE is the successor of the TBS6991, which is a twin tuner digital satellite TV for watching or recording two different channels from two different frequencies simultaneously.

Step 1: Install Hardware
Step 2: Install OpenPCTV
Power on and go to “ Start OpenPCTV setup mode”
Step3: Tuner Configuration of TBS6991SE for OpenPCTV
- First, the Main Menu shows on the screen
- DiSEqC Setting and Channels scanning
Go to “ DiSEqC cconfiguration” and press “OK” to continue.
- Select the satellite for your LNBF
- Reboot OPenPCTV
Step4: Start OpenPCTV XBMC
- Click “System”—“Settings”—“Add-ons”—“Enable Add-ons”—“PVR Clients”—“VDR VNS2 Clients”
Step 5: Enjoy the TV channels
